Havok Behavior Powers Newly Announced E3 Game Title, Kung Fu Rider™
San Francisco, CA (June 24, 2010) – Havok™, the premier provider of interactive software and services for digital media creators in the games and movie industries, today announced that the company’s award-winning Behavior™ tool has been used in the recently unveiled action game title, Kung Fu Rider™. The title which was revealed for the first time last week at E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) in Los Angeles is published by Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. and developed by Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios JAPAN studio. The title is available exclusively for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and supports the PlayStation®Move motion controller.
Havok Behavior is a technology used to create event-driven character behaviors and accelerate the development of cutting-edge character performance in an innovative, cross-platform development system. Kung Fu Rider features Havok Behavior, as well as Havok Animation™ and Havok Physics™ to create a fresh and enthralling game title.
